DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA) POLICY

This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy outlines the process for reporting alleged copyright infringement on the websites, platforms, and services operated by Speedy Traction Academy ("Speedy Traction Academy," "we," "us," or "our").

Speedy Traction Academy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Services to do the same. In accordance with the DMCA, we will respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement and may take appropriate action, including removing or disabling access to allegedly infringing material and terminating repeat infringers where applicable.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available through Speedy Traction Academy infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA Takedown Notice that includes all of the following information:

  • If multiple works are involved, a representative list may be provided

Identification of the Infringing Material

  • A clear description of the material claimed to be infringing
  • The specific location of the material (such as a URL or platform location)

Good Faith Statement

A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

Accuracy and Authority Statement

  • A statement that the information provided is accurate
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

A physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient)

2. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice containing the following information:

  • Full legal name
  • Email address

Identification of the Material

  • A description of the material that was removed or disabled
  • The location where the material appeared before removal

Good Faith Statement

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

Consent to Jurisdiction

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, or if you are outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of a federal court located in the United States

3. Response to Counter-Notice

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notice, Speedy Traction Academy may reinstate the removed or disabled material unless the original complaining party files a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringement, as permitted under the DMCA.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, Speedy Traction Academy reserves the right to terminate access to the Services for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

5. Disclaimer

Submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notice is a legal process. Knowingly submitting false or misleading claims may result in legal consequences. Speedy Traction Academy does not provide legal advice and encourages parties to consult legal counsel if unsure about their rights or obligations.
