By purchasing from Speedy Traction Academy, you agree that any dispute or claim arising from our products, services, or agreements will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, not in court.

You expressly waive:

• The right to participate in class actions
• The right to jury trials
• The right to representative or consolidated claims

If any portion of this waiver is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

• You may cancel an online purchase within three (3) business days of receipt where required by law.
• After the rescission period, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

• Fees are not dependent on usage or access.
• Failure to use services does not entitle you to a refund.
• You remain responsible for full payment even if a third party initially pays on your behalf.
• Missed or delinquent payments may result in account suspension while still holding you liable for the full contract amount.
• Collection costs may apply for unpaid balances.

Cancellation

Subscriptions may be canceled only by:

• Cancelling through your online account portal

Cancellations:

• Take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• Do not qualify for partial or prorated refunds
• Removing payment methods does not cancel your agreement

NO REFUNDS on any digital products, downloadable materials, or video training.

• Access is granted for the duration stated at purchase.
• Digital content may not be shared, reproduced, resold, or redistributed.
• Build-out fees, setup fees, and onboarding services are non-refundable.
• Payment plans are not subscriptions — they are installment payments toward a total contract value.

• Apparel fulfilled by third-party vendors is non-refundable for sizing issues, buyer's remorse, or incorrect address submission.
• Defective or damaged items must be reported within 30 days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Live event tickets are non-refundable, unless explicitly eligible for store credit.
• Tickets are non-transferable without approval.
• Attendees must meet age requirements and present valid government-issued ID.
• Failure to attend or denial of entry does not qualify for a refund.

• Requests must be made at least 15 days prior to the event.
• Credits are one-time use and subject to availability.
• Promotional or bundled tickets are not eligible for credits.

Speedy Traction Academy reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or violates event rules. Removal does not entitle the attendee to a refund.

By attending any Speedy Traction Academy event or purchasing a ticket, you grant permission for your image, likeness, voice, and participation to be recorded and used for promotional, educational, and commercial purposes without compensation.
